Hotel du Tasso
A five-star hotel worth telling beyond the postcard, to drive direct bookings.
A five-star hotel opening its doors: we built the property's digital story from the ground up — positioning, identity and content production — to make it desirable before guests even arrive and to drive direct bookings, away from the big travel portals.
The challenge
A historic, high-end hotel making its digital debut: no social presence, everything to build from scratch. The competition, in the same segment, tells more or less the same story — the view, the elegance, the history. The postcard alone wasn't enough: it needed a recognisable narrative territory, one capable of turning attention into a direct booking.
The idea: a shelf of its own
We gave the hotel a category all its own — «Literary Luxury» — and three territories no one else can claim: the roots (the building is the birthplace of the poet Torquato Tasso, 1544), the wings (aspiration, the slow flight toward mastery) and the «Voice of the Sea», the wave audible from every room turned into sensory content. A precise tone of voice — «the welcoming poet» — and a restrained palette, matte gold on midnight blue, the opposite of the portals' saturation.
What we did
From strategy to execution: we designed the coordinated identity — logo, letterhead, key cards, menu, welcome letter, property map — and set up the channels with a carefully crafted editorial plan, two posts a week conceived as pages of a magazine. We produce the content in-house, with a steady rhythm of on-site shoots and a single editing direction: photo, video and audio come to life together, with no scattered sets.
The brand, above all
One promise that guides every choice: «the sea never raises its voice — our luxury has learned to do the same». It's the thread that holds image, words and content together: no loud effects, just a recognisable calm.
The project's strategy, identity, video, photography and social are handled by our team. The work shown is the property's launch: positioning, image and content production.
